Wade Boan – Professional Coaching

With over 100lbs lost, dozens of habits changed, and thousands of reps performed, Wade has truly embodied the concept of voluntary hardship. He grew up as “the fat kid” and understands the physical and mental struggles of wanting to change the person you see in the mirror. He has made it his life mission to help others make that change. He is a Barbell Academy graduate, and since 2021 has worked primarily with lifters 50 and older out of Stronger Now gym in Sandy Springs Georgia.
