Stephen Gilbey – Professional Coaching

Stephen is a Staff Coach and Nutrition Coach for Barbell Logic Online Coaching and Head coach at Norwich Strength Training, based in Norwich, UK.

Stephen is currently the only Englishman and non-kilt-wearing Brit to hold the Professional Barbell Coach certification. Stephen also holds the Personal Trainer Level 3 Diploma, British Powerlifting Coaching Level 2, British Weightlifting Level 2, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certifications.
