Online Group Coaching: Beefy but Busy

This group is designed for busy people who want to train hard and look great, while maintaining the flexibility needed for a full life. You’ll follow a 4-day split that can be condensed to 2 or 3 sessions depending on your week. Strength is our primary focus, but the programming will include optional aesthetic work for those with time and interest.

Training Frequency: 2–4 days per week (flexible 4-day split)
Session Duration: 45-90 minutes (as lifter’s schedule allows/demands)
Focus: Strength, aesthetic goals, and time-efficient programming

If after checkout & review of your application our Client Experience team determines that Group Coaching isn’t a good fit for you at this time, you will be given the option of a refund or choosing another online coaching service.
