Jonathon Sullivan – Exclusive Coaching

Jonathon Sullivan MD, PhD, SSC, PBC, is a retired physician and neuroscientist who has been with Barbell Logic since the beginning. Sully is the owner and director of the Greysteel Clinic in Farmington Michigan, where he has been training older adults since 2014. He is the author, with co-author Andy Baker of “The Barbell Prescription – Strength Training for Life After Forty,” and he is the host and producer of the Greysteel channel on YouTube. He writes, reads, lifts, and practices classical martial arts.
