Ben Patterson – Professional Coaching

Ben is a father, lifter, coach, and jiu-jitsu practitioner. He excels at helping guys improve their strength and fitness alongside the demands of busy lives and other physical pursuits. Ben is not a gifted athlete and understands the struggles that come along with that first hand. This has forced him to learn all he can in the pursuit of improvement and he brings that knowledge and experience to the table as a coach.
